- Pricing Policy
All prices are subject to change. All prices are in U.S. Dollars only. If the price on your order form is different than our currently listed price, we will notify you when we receive your credit card number and give you the opportunity to cancel the order prior to shipping.
- Payment
All orders will be paid by check , Visa, Mastercard, or C.O.D. Credit applications upon request.
- Handling Charge
A handling charge of $5.00 will be added to all orders under $35.00

- Shipping Charges
Appropriate shipping charges will be added to each order per the freight schedule. All orders over 150 lbs. will be special quoted for the least expensive ground carrier unless requested otherwise.

- Delivery Time
Most orders are filled and shipped within 48 hours of receipt. We use Regular UPS GroundTrac delivery although Second Day, Next Day, or any other carrier may be requested at an additional fee.

- Service Charges
A $20.00 handling charge will be placed on all returned checks.

- Tax
Appropriate sales tax will be added to Michigan customers.

- Returns
All returns must receive a "Return Authorization Number". After inspection and acceptance, return is subject to a minimum of 20%
restocking fee. Return authorization number must appear on all packages and paperwork. All product must be in original packaging and returned freight pre-paid with copy of invoice. No returns are accepted on used equipment or supplies. No credit given on freight charges.
Astoria Laminations will not be responsible for any misprints involving incorrect pictures or specifications. All technical specifications are supplied by the manufacturer.
